Terroir White

TERROIR 
Clay and silicious. Coming from terroirs around Pays d’Oc. 

GRAPE  VARIETIES
Chardonnay 

WINEMAKING
Destalking, pressing. Fermentation at low temperature 14 to 16° C. No malolactic fermentation to optimize the freshness by controlling the acidity. Bottled at the end of the winter to keep a maximum of freshness and aromas. 

AGEING
Matured for 6-10 months in tanks before bottling depending on the years. No oak to show the purest expression of the terroir. 

TASTING NOTES 
This wine shows a bright yellow dress with golden hues. Intense aromatic nose of citrus, pear, tropical fruit, vanilla and toasted brioche. In mouth, it delivers fresh with bright flavors of citrus and stone fruit that linger with rich viscosity. 

TASTING  ADVICES  
To enjoy now or can be kept 1-2 years. Serve at 14°-16°C
